This is due 2 ECB announcing the banks can have lots n lots of cash to keep doing bussines. A good start but more is needed. Its very posable the DOW goes over 12900. to end the yr. A flat 2 down yr will only keep the trillions on the sidelines that have been out of the game 4 4yrs now. Who knows?Custom Search
